GNC's Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program is a development focused path designed to prepare you to manage your own store. Under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager, you will learn the skills to operate a store, drive results, and lead a team.

As a SMIT, you will gain hands-on experience, participate in training initiatives, manage daily operations, support customers with product knowledge, and promote the Live Well philosophy while advancing toward promotion to a Store
