Job summary

GNC in Seattle invites applicants to join the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program—a fast track to running a store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager. You will learn daily operations, coaching, and how to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and team performance.

As a SMIT, you will gain hands-on experience in product knowledge, inventory, and leadership, with a path to a future Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to meet personal and store goals.
• Assist in opening/closing and cash handling procedures.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Execute promotions and MYGNC Rewards initiatives to boost loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve store KPIs and safety standards.
