Whole Foods Market is seeking a Career Development Associate Store Team Leader (CDASTL) to participate in a structured leadership training program designed to advance to an Associate Store Team Leader role. The program involves overseeing daily store operations, coaching teams, and driving store performance while ensuring safety and customer service standards are met.

Participants must be willing to relocate within 35 miles or an hour commute and may reschedule PTO to accommodate program dates.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• Strong communicator with the ability to train and inspire excellence.
• Ability to delegate, manage time effectively, and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations and support leadership in achieving sales, labor, and safety targets.
• Mentor and develop Team Members; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
• Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and store policies are followed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising, promotions, and operational initiatives.
