This full-time program allows relocation within 35 miles and requires flexibility and attendance during training dates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• Strong communicator with ability to train and inspire excellence.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Responsabilités

• Maintains thorough understanding of store operations and merchandising processes.
• Oversees processes, programs, and initiatives including merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training, and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback to store leaders on plan execution, sales, labor and promotions.
• Drives customer service and maintains community relations; analyzes financial reports.
