Job summary

Verkada is launching Verkademy, an Associate Account Executive program designed to fast track participants into Mid-Market Account Executives. The program emphasizes prospecting, discovery, demos, and winning techniques in a fast-paced security tech environment.

Successful grads move into full Account Executive roles with a clear promotion path, while gaining hands-on sales experience and company knowledge in a supportive, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
• Written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Eligible to work in the US and willing to work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how Verkada can solve them.
• Pro-actively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by positioning the value of Verkada.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to your assigned Account Executives.
• Use Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards; provide metrics on leads.
• Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
