Job summary

Verkada is hiring through its Verkademy program in a fast-paced sales environment. As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll train in a structured program that accelerates to a Mid-Market Account Executive role, with a clear promotion path and hands-on exposure to prospecting and discovery.

The December 2026 graduate cohort starts January 2027 through April 2027, with a 9-month program that can finish earlier. Onsite work is required in our US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
• Salesforce.com and Outreach experience is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and educate a high volume of cold leads.
• Understand customer needs and communicate Verkada solutions.
• Proactively generate meetings for Account Executives by articulating Verkada's value.
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
