Total Quality Logistics invites high-potential graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, relocation housing, sign-on bonus, and uncapped commission.

You'll build a book of business, advance quickly, and have the chance to relocate nationwide or move into leadership as you hit milestones.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics to earn commission.
• Establish relationships to close customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
