Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Cincinnati is seeking high-potential graduates for its Fast Track Sales Program. You’ll receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, gain hands-on experience, and assume real responsibility early in your career.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers
• Use training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
