Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking driven individuals for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation and a structured training path. You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, build a book of business, and earn base salary plus uncapped commissions, with six-figure potential after year three.

University degree preferred but not required; veterans encouraged to apply; relocation assistance and housing allowance

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage freight operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate with customers and carriers.
