Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites recent graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation, housing allowance and a $2,500 sign-on bonus to get you started.

You’ll receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, build a book of business, and pursue uncapped commission as you meet sales metrics. This in‑office program offers rapid development and leadership opportunities nationwide, with visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
