Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) offers a Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati for high-potential graduates. You will undergo six months of hands-on training with experienced Logistics Account Executives, learning to solve customer needs, secure carriers, and manage daily operations.

The program provides a relocation package, housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. After training, you can advance to leadership roles or relocate nationwide based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
