Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, featuring relocation, housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus to start your journey with industry leaders. You’ll train alongside top brokers, gaining hands-on experience, coaching and real responsibility early in your career.

Once trained, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to leadership roles or relocate to one of TQL’s 65+ offices nationwide, with uncapped commission and six-figure

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
