Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1+ year of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Handle the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitations.
• Maintain current data within the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used-vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet market share targets by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow the customer base.
