Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking an Operations Manager in Training to learn all aspects of running a Mike's location, with a fast track to a General Manager role. You will lead teams daily, drive profitability, and ensure outstanding customer experience while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires extensive operational experience, the ability to manage multiple locations, and a commitment to the Mike's Purpose and Team Member Promise.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience leading and developing small teams, hitting goals, and managing facility/equipment upkeep.
• Willingness to transfer between stores and work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy Customers by maintaining wash quality and handling complaints.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, performance reviews, and trainings.
• Develop Wash Associates with orientation and ongoing coaching.
• Maximize Location Profitability by controlling costs and budgeting with Area Director.
• Ensure Operational Excellence via OPEX/OEE and staffing.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with training and OSHA compliance.
• Attend Ops Meetings and report back with notes.
• Comply with all policies and complete other duties.
