Job summary

Mike's location is seeking an Operations Manager in Training to develop into a General Manager. This hands-on role requires learning all aspects of store performance, leading a small team, and driving profitability across daily operations.

You will manage staffing, training, customer satisfaction, safety, and budgeting while reporting to a District Manager. A strong track record in operations and leadership is expected, with opportunities for fast-track advancement.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams.
• Ability to hit goals consistently and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• A degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike's Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise; role model behavior and performance.
• Satisfy customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints; monitor feedback platforms.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews.
• Develop Wash Associates via orientation, training, coaching, and discipline as needed; manage hiring and scheduling.
• Maximize Location Profitability by increasing profits, controlling expenses, and ensuring accurate records and inventories.
• Ensure Operational Excellence by following OPEX checklists, completing OEE follow-ups, and maintaining staffing levels.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with ongoing training, safety meetings, audits, and incident reporting.
• Attend Ops Meetings to stay updated and communicate notes if absent.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and complete other duties as assigned.
