Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams.
• Ability to hit goals consistently and execute day‑to‑day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
• Substitution of an applicable degree may be considered in lieu of operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers with wash quality, staffing, and effective handling of feedback.
• Develop the management team through coaching, checklists, and performance reviews.
• Develop wash associates through training, orientation, and ongoing coaching.
• Maximize location profitability by managing expenses and budgets with guidance from the Area Director.
• Ensure operational excellence with complete OPEX checklists and safety standards.
• Create a safety‑minded culture and promote vehicle and personal safety.
• Attend quarterly Ops meetings and report back with notes for your location.
• Comply with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
