The position requires full-time schedule with extensive hands-on management across all store functions, including customer service, staffing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Reasoning and Development: solve practical problems and implement solutions.
• Money-handling: score 80% on Money Handling Skills Assessment without calculator.
• Language Development: read manuals/reports; communicate clearly in English.
• Experience: extensive operational experience including leading small teams and meeting goals; degree can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy Customers—maintain wash quality, staffing, and handle feedback.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, performance reviews, and certifications.
• Develop Wash Associates with orientation, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Maximize Location Profitability by increasing profits and managing expenses.
• Ensure Operational Excellence via OPEX/OEE checklists and staffing.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with training and safety initiatives.
• Attend Ops Meetings and stay informed of company updates.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
