Mike's Carwash is seeking an Operations Manager in Training to learn all facets of running a Mike's location and prepare for a General Manager role. This fast-track role emphasizes leading teams, achieving targets, and ensuring daily facility and equipment upkeep.

The position requires extensive operational experience, with a degree optionally substituting for experience. Starting pay is up to $27/hour with incentives and opportunities for advancement across locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience leading small teams and hitting goals.
• Possible substitution of degree for relevant experience.
• Must be able to manage day-to-day upkeep of facilities/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike's Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Develop management team through coaching, checklists, and performance reviews.
• Develop wash associates via orientation, coaching, and timely training.
• Maximize location profitability by controlling expenses and building budgets with the Area Director.
• Ensure operational excellence with OPEX, OEE follow-ups, and staffing within guidelines.
• Create a safety-conscious culture with ongoing training and OSHA compliance.
• Attend quarterly Ops meetings and communicate outcomes locally.
• Comply with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
