Mike's is seeking an Operations Manager in Training to learn all aspects of location operations and prepare for a General Manager role. This fast-track position emphasizes leadership, profitability, and team development while guiding daily store activities.

The role requires extensive operational experience or equivalent leadership background, a 40-hour week with some weekend work, and readiness to manage multiple responsibilities across the location. 4025 Acme Drive.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
• General Manager or equivalent experience is required.
• A degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose, and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy Customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints/damages.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop Wash Associates with orientation, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Maximize Location Profitability by increasing profits and managing budgets with Area Director support.
• Ensure Operational Excellence via OPEX and OEE follow-ups and staffing within guidelines.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with training and safety meetings; report injuries.
• Attend Ops Meetings and share notes when on PTO.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
