Mike's is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to become a working manager at a Mike's location. You will learn all aspects of performance and operation while guiding team members toward our core goals and profitability. This fast-track role expects you to lead daily operations, develop staff, and ensure service quality.

The position requires extensive operational experience, the ability to drive results, and a willingness to work as part of a multi-store market team under a District Manager.

Formación

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams.
• Track record of hitting goals consistently and executing day-to-day upkeep of facilities/equipment.
• A degree in an applicable field may substitute for experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Develop management and wash associates through coaching and training.
• Maximize location profitability by managing budgets, costs, and records.
• Ensure operational excellence by completing checklists and safety procedures.
• Create a safety conscious culture with ongoing training and audits.
• Attend Ops meetings and communicate updates to the location.
