Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams.
• Ability to hit goals consistently and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• A degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose, and deliver on our Team Member Promise. Be a role model for associates’ behavior and performance.
• Satisfy Customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, handling complaints and damages, and responding to feedback platforms.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews.
• Develop Wash Associates with orientation, coaching, and weekly SOP training; manage staffing and timecards.
• Maximize Location Profitability by increasing profits, reducing expenses, and maintaining proper records and inventories.
• Ensure Operational Excellence by completing OPEX and OEE checklists and keeping staffing within guidelines.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with ongoing training, safety meetings, audits, and incident reporting.
• Attend Ops Meetings to stay up-to-date with company information; plan notes when on PTO.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
