Job summary

Mike's is seeking an Operations Manager in Training at our Florence, KY location to learn all facets of running a Mike's location and prepare for a General Manager role. You will lead team members, improve guest experience, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive profitability by following company policies and executing day‑to‑day operations.

Starting pay is up to $27/hr with incentives; candidates should have extensive operational experience and a track record of leading small teams to hit

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently.
• A degree in an applicable field may be a suitable substitution for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver the Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy Customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling feedback.
• Develop Management Team through checklists, performance reviews, and trainings.
• Develop Wash Associates with orientation, coaching, and on‑the‑job training.
• Maximize Location Profitability by increasing profits and monitoring expenses.
• Ensure Operational Excellence by completing OPEX and OEE checklists.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with ongoing safety training and audits.
• Attend Ops Meetings and communicate updates to location.
• Comply with all policies; perform other duties as assigned.
