Hertz Local Edition (HLE) seeks a Manager Trainee to drive location performance and develop leadership skills, with promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, reflecting a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

Formación

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Customer Service: Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist store operations.
• Vehicle & Facility Care: Assist with cleaning, lot management, and customer service support.
• Finance & Administration & Leadership: Learn finance processes, reporting, documentation, and leadership coaching.
