Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to advance to an Assistant Store Manager after completing the initial 8-week training.

The program schedule is typically 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training as part of the program.
• Support store strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Build product knowledge for effective recommendations.
• Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and policies.
• Support coaching and development of store staff.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales to increase market share.
