Total Quality Logistics is launching a Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati for high-potential graduates. You will train extensively, build a book of business, and earn uncapped commissions with a relocation package, housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Role requires strong work ethic, negotiation skill, and customer focus, with advancement paths including leadership and nationwide relocation options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
