Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking fast-track sales professionals for a high-potential program designed to accelerate your career in logistics. You’ll train directly with top brokers, build a book of business, and earn competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics to qualify for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
