Total Quality Logistics is recruiting for the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will begin with six months of direct training from veteran Logistics Account Executives, then build a personal book of business by negotiating with customers and carriers on time‑sensitive freight.

The program offers a defined path to leadership and nationwide relocation options, with a relocation package, housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus to get you started.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
