Total Quality Logistics is excited to offer the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, designed for high-potential graduates to accelerate careers in logistics. You will train with top brokers, relocate from your starting location, and earn a competitive package including base salary, sign-on bonus, and housing allowance.

Upon completing training, you will build a book of business, advance to leadership roles, and relocate nationwide as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics to qualify for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
