RISE Dispensary is seeking a Leader in Training to join its leadership team and rotate through critical dispensary functions across operations, experience, and people. This role offers a fast-track to growth toward Assistant General Manager.

You will mentor team members, coordinate shifts, and help deliver exceptional customer journeys while gaining subject matter expertise in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred (not required).
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
