Job summary

New Cannabis Ventures seeks a Leader in Training to join the Florida dispensary leadership team. You rotate through critical functions, supervise daily operations, and sharpen the customer journey. This role is a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will gain subject matter expertise across operations, experience, and people while helping deliver memorable in-store experiences for customers and patients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail, with supervisory experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet scheduling needs including varied shifts.
• Reliable attendance and valid ID or driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and comply with laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory, deliveries, and vault accuracy.
• Lead teams during shifts and recognize performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Protect customer experience across in-store and drive-thru channels.
