Frederick Fox in Miami is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You’ll spend most days on the phone building relationships, with hands-on training and a clear path to an Account Executive role within 3–6 months based on performance.

The position starts at $45k and then rises to $50k–$60k/year plus commission. We value competitive, motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in sales and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Outbound calls and phone-based outreach experience is beneficial.
• Interest in sales, business development, and the logistics industry.
• Competitive, coachable and motivated to succeed.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, recruiting, call center experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop relationships within the transportation industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation partners.
• Negotiate rates and transportation solutions.
• Coordinate shipments and assist with day-to-day logistics activities.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Resolve transportation-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and documentation.
• Learn the transportation and logistics industry through hands-on training and mentorship.
