Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics is growing our Miami sales team and looking for ambitious early-career sales professionals who want to develop into independent Account Executives.

In this program you’ll work with experienced sales leaders, build real pipeline, prospect new customers, develop your B2B sales skills, and learn the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets, with the goal of managing and growing your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience required; B2B experience a plus.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Strong communicator comfortable building relationships over the phone.
• English required; Spanish or French an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers through calls and emails.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Identify customer transportation needs and position solutions.
• Develop cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Learn the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets while working with Account Executives and meeting targets.
