Job summary

Simon- Delran, NJ is seeking a Short-Term Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding at our distribution facility. The role focuses on delivering an organized and positive candidate experience for hourly positions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hourly candidates, and has experience supporting recruiting and onboarding in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a recruiting/ons onboarding coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly hiring in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments advantageous.
• Experience with ATS, HR systems, and job boards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for hourly recruiting activities.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings based on qualifications.
• Assist with candidate sourcing via job boards, referrals, social media, and community resources.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and facility leadership.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding interviews and onboarding steps.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment activities.
• Help conduct new-hire orientation and ensure first-day readiness.
• Maintain candidate and new-hire data in recruiting/HR systems.
• Track candidates through process and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operations to support staffing priorities.
• Assist with hiring events and other recruiting initiatives.
• Follow company recruiting, onboarding, employment, and compliance practices.
