• Drive store operations to achieve top-quality service and 5 Star Status.

• Review daily sales, costs, and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels and staff motivation.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
