Qualifications

• One year of management experience; previous Domino's experience preferred
• Be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Promotes Domino's brand through professionalism and enthusiastic attitude
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor; adjusts and follows up
• Ensures food safety compliance
• Ensures proper training of Team Members
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service
• Motivates staff and leads by example
• Protects cash, inventory and other assets per company guidelines
