Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering/engineering technology required.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
At least two co-ops/internships in relevant roles.
Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
Willingness to relocate every 6 months; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in four six-month rotations across the North American Region (USA, Mexico, Canada).
First rotation begins in Fort Mill, SC; permanent position in Fort Mill after graduation is guaranteed.
Partner with a mentor to develop leadership practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
Learn across cross-functional departments; rotations include hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training.
Complete rotation milestones and receive leadership training and tools to develop leadership skills.
