Job summary

Gary Crossley Ford's Quick Lane team is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll greet customers, assess service needs, and relay recommendations to our technicians to ensure fast, high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet Quick Lane customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Perform quick vehicle walk-arounds and help identify service needs
• Communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently
• Create accurate repair orders and help manage service workflow
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and completion times
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment
