Job summary

Dexian announces nationwide openings for 2027, seeking entry-level Associate Account Managers to kickstart a sales career. You will work with senior sales teams, shadow leadership, and participate in a fast-track Sales Development Journey aimed at promoting you to Account Manager roles across the country.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and entry-level sales experience, with strong relationship-building, communication, and a drive to achieve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entry-level sales experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and candidates to determine their needs.
• Shadow sales team activities and learn effective sales strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand your client base through networking and cold calling contacts in an assigned territory.
• Develop relationships and partner with the sales team through client meetings in and out of the office.
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements to qualify candidates for job orders as an Account Manager.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with placed consultants and job seekers to expand your network.
• Call professional references and work toward converting the relationship into a client meeting.
