Job summary

Dexian is seeking candidates for its Sales Development Program across its two largest brands. The program targets sales-driven, goal-oriented, and money-motivated individuals who will start as Associate Account Managers and advance toward Account Manager roles with base pay, benefits, and uncapped commission.

You will work with senior sales teams to place top candidates for client job orders, building a strong foundation for a career in sales within a fast-growing, global IT staffing firm.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Entry-level sales experience from internships, civic or community organizations, or other work.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates to begin building long-term relationships.
• Meet clients and candidates face to face to determine needs.
• Match candidates with the job order that best meets client needs.
• Maintain relationships with placed consultants throughout their employment lifecycle.
• Pre-qualify active and passive IT professionals by phone using warm leads and cold-calling.
• Build staffing strategies to identify qualified candidates and potential clients.
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths against clients’ requirements.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment with candidates and clients.
• Check references and conduct pre-employment checks.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants on assignment and those seeking work.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline to enable timely client response and market information.
