Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide client‑facing workplace services across mail, reception, hospitality, and facilities. You will support multiple client sites within a defined market, delivering high‑quality administrative and workplace assistance in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full‑time (40 hours/week), non-exempt, with shifts 7am–7pm and a pay range of 20.00–23.00 USD per hour plus potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use.
• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations.

Job Description

The FAST Service Specialist at Opensity Solutions is a client-facing workplace services professional responsible for delivering integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities functions. This role ensures smooth daily operations within client office environments by providing high-quality administrative and workplace support services. The position may support multiple client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. This role is classified as non-exempt.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8hr shifts between 7am-7pm. Must be flexible to work everything in between. 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm)

Pay:

20.00 to 23.00/hr

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns

• Must be able to work all 8hr shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• This is a full time position (40 hours per week)
• Reliable transportation

The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
