Opensity Solutions seeks a Service Specialist to join our client team and provide hospitality and facilities support at a client office. You will greet visitors, set up meeting spaces, coordinate catering, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role involves floor coordination, basic office moves, and assisting with events. A High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service are preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Service Specialist to join the Opensity team working at our client's office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services.

Schedule & Hours

This position will be scheduled for 38 hours per week.
Tuesday - Friday 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m
Saturday - 8:00a.m to 2:30p.m

Essential Job Responsibilities

Hospitality Services

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors, responding to requests promptly, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and catering support.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, and catered events.
• Conduct regular inspections of conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of supplies.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces by ensuring they are cleaned, organized, and fully prepared for daily use.
• Support operational service requests, including supply deliveries, event support, equipment setup, and other hospitality-related tasks.
• Utilize room reservation systems, scheduling tools, and office software to manage hospitality operations efficiently.
• Provide support for occasional after-hours events, including setup, coordination, service, and breakdown activities.

Floor Coordination

includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance

Facilities Services

may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ work experience in a customer services field
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is up to 16.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
