Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-service focused FASTService Specialist to join our team. You will provide administrative support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities services at client offices, with potential travel within a defined geographic market.

The role offers a pay rate up to $22.00 per hour, Monday–Friday schedules, and various shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Must be able to commute to support Akron, OH office ~20 times annually.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Copy Services: producing copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answering calls and greeting visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: coordination of conference rooms, stock and supply management.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep of copy rooms, stocking supplies, and basic maintenance.
• Facilities Services: may include moves, cleaning, and coordinating with building contacts.

Pay: up to $22.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
• Flexibility _ of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations _

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
• Must have reliable transportation and valid DL
• Must be able to commute to support an office location in Akron, OH approx. 20 times annually (all mileage driven when commuting to Akron is reimbursed at the standard federal rate)
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
