Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities for client office environments. You may support multiple sites within a market, with a non-exempt status and a flexible weekly schedule.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and reliability for shifts from early to late hours. West Palm Beach travel is expected about 25 times per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer services experience.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Must be able to lift or move 40 lbs or greater.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages.
• Produce copy/print/scan projects per instructions.
• Answer calls and route to correct person; greet visitors professionally.
• Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens, common areas; stock supplies.
• Maintain copy rooms; stock supplies; deliver paper; basic daily maintenance.
• Support facilities tasks like small moves, cleaning, and equipment inquiries.
• Flex schedule to cover absences and travel to West Palm Beach as needed.

Job Description

The FAST Service Specialist at Opensity Solutions is a client-facing workplace services professional responsible for delivering integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities functions. This role ensures smooth daily operations within client office environments by providing high-quality administrative and workplace support services. The position may support multiple client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. This role is classified as non-exempt.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations.
• Must be able to support our office in West Palm Beach approximately 25 times per year. All mileage travelled from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach will be reimbursed at the standard federal rate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (40 hours per week)

The Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 25.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
