Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or merchandising experience, be 18+, and able to read, write, and count accurately. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with self-directed work style emphasized.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred, reading, writing and counting abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments with little assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safe and productive work environment.
• May be assigned other duties.
