Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will serve customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, read and count accurately, and are 18+. The role emphasizes attendance, safety, and flexible shifts with potential long hours during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reading, writing and counting required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work as scheduled.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives.
• Install and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
