Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and fellow team members, delivering legendary service.

You must be available for varied shifts, maintain planogram integrity, perform measurements, and assist with store resets. Basic computer skills and strong communication help you succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• > Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• > Reading, writing and counting proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Und erstand needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
