Howden, a Chart Industries Company, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Specialist to support our customer care team in Windsor, CT. You will provide timely information to internal and external customers and help process orders.

Key tasks include quoting, pricing, lead times, order entry in ERP (Baan preferred), maintaining lead times, and handling inquiries with accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Competenze

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
Experience with order entry in an ERP system or Baan preferred.
Excellent clerical skills.
Experience with contract review/administration.

Mansioni

Promptly respond to external customers and channel partners with on time quotations, pricing, and lead times on one of our quick turnaround product lines.
Build relationships with customers by efficiently and accurately processing new orders as well as providing continuous updated lead time and tracking information.
Prioritize and respond to a moderate volume of emails and calls daily.
Prepare submittal packets for Sales Team.
Recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively, escalating complaints or issues when needed.
