Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, sales, engineering, or operations.
• Experience with aftermarket products and large-scale industrial projects (> $500M).
• Strong commercial judgment balancing technical, financial, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead across functions and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for and manage execution of Fast Power project development.
• Lead proposal and bid activities with sales and EPC teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Coordinate turnover to project management and handover.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive positioning.
