Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of procurement or project management experience.
• Experience in medium to large organizations with complex commodities.
• Strong contract negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as procurement liaison between supply management and project management.
• Lead development of proposal procurement plans and execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain proposal status documents.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and RFQ packages during proposals.
• Support supplier negotiations and issue strategic contracts.
• Report project performance to executive leadership.
