Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and product knowledge. You will use U-Scan technology and help dispatch and return equipment as part of a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn safety protocols. This role includes hands-on training and potential certifications in propane filling and forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Educate customers on products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill by certification.
• Operate forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
